All the meats in our freezer are sourced from small farms that treat their animals well and raise them in an environmentally sustainable manner. Most of our meats are local We have a variety of sausages, grass fed beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We always carry frozen wild salmon and shrimp that are environmentally sustainable.
We offer fresh fish in our cheese and olive case. All the fish we carry is on the environmentally sustainable approved list published by Monterey Bay Aquarium, the most reputable organization overseeing the fisheries industry. Please let us know if there is fresh fish or seafood you would like to special order; we can get deliveries Monday through Saturday.
